Hi everyone!
Some time ago, I received a client with a proposal that was a little different from the others that the firm had already executed.
My client is Argentine, and he bought an apartment on the coast of Santa Catarina, in the city of Itapema. The intention of this purchase, in addition to the investment, is to enjoy this apartment for your holidays with friends and family.
So, he hired my services, with a special request: I have R$250,000.00 to invest in the interior project.
With this, I had to activate my creativity to produce something functional, creative and more economical.
